DEPERSONALISED BUT NOT BROKEN by Kingsley Simeon

Depersonalisation: this is a state in which one's thoughts and feelings seem unreal or not to belong to oneself. It is also a state when the best of someone has been exhausted. During this period certain attitude emanate from such individuals that is unreal. Negative attributes and wrong descriptions will be the end product of this trait.

CAUSES OF DEPERSONALISATION

Depression:  this occurs when self-doubt creeps in and swiftly affects your mental and psychological behaviour. When someone is constantly shutdown from doing what he/she does most it can lead to depression. A time will come in their lives when they turn inactive to the sensitivity of their source of inspiration especially when they know that their feelings does not count. As a Boss don’t be a source of depression to your subject, give them everything they need to grow in their career and help them to see through their dreams.

Discouragement: a loss of confidence or enthusiasm; dispiritedness. This is one of the major causes of depersonalization. When there is an attempt to prevent something by showing disapproval or creating difficulties around it then discouragement creeps in. When one is discourage the person is as well dispirited and cannot give his/her best in what so ever they do.
To avert this usual condition you must consciously take charge of the situations. 1. Don’t speak when you are not in the right mood. 2. Avoid been in the position when the best of you will be exhausted, 3. Observe some moment of rest. 4. Be in control of your surroundings.

TIPS ON HOW TO BE IN CONTROL
 1. Don’t allow the conditions your employer is offering you to affect your productivity.
2. Always be in your best of behaviour whenever you are to attend to special matters.
3. Don’t carryover activities that can be done within a minimal time frame.
4. Try as much as you can to maintain stability even though you are not motivated
5. Don’t quit because of the difficult nature of a task. 6. Don’t allow your emotions to cloud your judgement about your Boss or whoever is ahead of you.

You must understand that experience leaves traces of lessons and it is not generated in the bedroom, it must be in an environment.
